Need to Exchange? We’ve Got You Covered
We want every Khaso piece to feel just right. If your item is damaged, you received the wrong product, or the size isn’t a perfect fit, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, for both domestic and international orders. Each order can be exchanged once. If your new item still doesn’t feel right, reach out to our support team at enquiry@khaso.in and we’ll make it right.
Simply send us your order details and a photo if needed and we’ll handle the rest.
Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exchanges will be processed only as per the policy above.
All orders are processed with Domestic: 15–20 days
