1) Use of Website

By accessing the Khaso website, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to harm, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality. Unauthorised use, including duplication or resale of our products or content, is prohibited.

2) Product Information

We strive to ensure that product details, descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Because our garments are handcrafted using natural, sustainable processes, slight variations in colour, weave, texture and finish may occur. These natural irregularities are a hallmark of authenticity and are not defects. Mild colour bleeding or shrinkage during initial washes can occur with natural fibres and dyes.

3) Product Photography and Display

Images on the website are for representation. Differences in lighting, photography and device screens may cause the actual colour to vary slightly from what is shown online.

4) Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. Payments must be made via the secure gateways available on our site. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method. Khaso does not store sensitive card or bank information.

5) Orders and Acceptance

After you place an order, you will receive an email or SMS acknowledging receipt. This is not acceptance. A contract forms only when we dispatch the product(s) to your address. We may cancel or refuse an order due to unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud or quality control reasons. If we cancel, any payment captured will be refunded to the original method.

6) Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch confirmed orders within the timelines stated on our site. Delivery times vary by location, courier partner and external factors beyond our control. We will communicate material delays where possible. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery at the address provided.

7) Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns. Exchanges are offered in specific cases such as damaged or defective items on delivery or a genuine size issue.

• • You must raise an exchange request within 48 Hours of delivery.
    
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
    

Normal characteristics of natural fabrics and dyes (including mild colour bleeding or slight shrinkage in early washes) are not considered defects.

8) Fabric Care

Please follow the care instructions provided with your garment. Damage resulting from not following care instructions is not covered.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos and graphics, is the intellectual property of Khaso and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and design laws. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

10) User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or security concerns.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khaso is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products, including delays, inaccuracies, interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

12) Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, the website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13) Privacy

Your use of the website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

14) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
